After a successful pre-sale which reached hard cap, Nucleus Vision has cancelled its main sale and has decided to organise a free token airdrop in February for members of its Telegram and Reddit groups who have missed out.
CEO Abhishek Pitti has advised that users will need to complete a form on the company’s website in order to qualify for the upcoming airdrop.
The actual amount of nCash tokens that will be distributed is yet to be determined as it depends, in part, on the eventual number of total sign ups.
Innovative Data Collection for “Bricks and Mortar” Retailers
Nucleus Vision aims to help traditional retailers – whom it itself terms “brick and mortar businesses” – by providing consumer data derived from its innovative sensor technology attached to what will be its own proprietary blockchain.
The sensory detection capability is conceived such that it can “identify any customer in a physical store without Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or GPS protocols,” and derives behavioural data derived from tracking mobile phones around offices, factories and other locations.
The company, with offices in San Jose, USA, and Hyderabad, India, will focus initially on the retail market but is also seeking to gain a foothold in the residential, commercial and industrial security systems sectors.
